Q: What is an online research community?
A: An online research community is a community of individuals with similar interests and experiences who have voluntarily chosen to participate in online research studies about various topics related to their common interests.

Q: What is the Lenovo Professional Advisors community?
A: Lenovo Professional Advisors is a community of business professionals who are interested in shaping the future of technology and the Lenovo products and services they use.

Q: How do I register to become a Lenovo Professional Advisors member?
A: Click on the “Join Now” button on the home page of this site (https://www.lenovoprofessionaladvisors.com/) and complete a short profiling survey.

Q: How many surveys do I have to complete?
A: We encourage participation in as many surveys and discussions as you are invited to take. In order to be considered an active member of the Lenovo Professional Advisors community we ask that you participate in at least six studies per year.

Q: How do I complete a survey?
A: You will be e-mailed a unique URL address for each survey. Simply click on that URL or cut and paste it into the web browser of your choice and complete the survey form online.

Q: How long will each survey take to complete?
A: Although each survey will be different we understand that you are busy. Survey length is closely controlled to minimize the use of your time. Most surveys will take less than 10 minutes.

Q: How long will I have to complete each survey?
A: You will typically have anywhere from 48 hours to one week to complete each survey.

Q: What information is required to become a community member?
A: A brief member profile is the only information required for joining the community. Your member profile will include contact information and vital data-e.g. devices you use for work purposes. Members who wish to participate in other programs such as focus groups or other special events may be asked to provide additional information. Your member profile information is not visible to other community members.

Q: Will my profile information be sold to other companies?
A: Your Lenovo Professional Advisors profile information is not sold or distributed to any company. All information is strictly confidential and privacy is guaranteed. Your name will never be sold, exchanged, or distributed to any other party without your express acknowledgement. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Q: How long will I remain on the community?
A: You may remain on the community as long as you choose to participate in studies. Members may remove themselves from the community at any time.

Q: How do members receive information about the survey topics they complete?
A: Certain study results will be available to all members via our newsletter.

Q: How do I see if there are any new surveys that I can take?
A: Once you’re logged into the Lenovo Professional Advisors website, just click the “Activities” tab, this will then display any surveys that are available for you to take.

Q: How to change my e-mail address or password?
A: Once you’re logged into the Lenovo Professional Advisors website, you can edit your profile information by clicking “Update User Info” at the top of the page. Here you can update your e-mail address and / or your password.

Q: I’ve decided I’d like to quit receiving surveys and discussions from Lenovo Professional Advisors. How do I cancel my membership?
A: We’re sorry to hear that! Once you’re logged into the Lenovo Professional Advisors website, click “Update User Info” at the top of the page. There you will see a button that says “Unsubscribe” which will remove you from our community and you will not receive any new invitations or communications from Lenovo Professional Advisors.
